If you have a spa, fitness, or leisure facility that is either new or that is under-performing, Identity Hospitality can identify ways to significantly improve  the quality and standards of the guest experience as well as top and bottom-line results. We do this through operational audits and ongoing spa consultancy services provided for clients who wish to manage their own spas, but require support and resources that they do not have internally.

As passionate spa-goers who also work in the spa industry, we know that traditional evaluation services leave huge gaps in how spas should be assessed for quality. We also know there are other truths when it comes to deciding on whether a spa is “good” and where it lands on the quality scale. 

Our rigorous audit program is conducted by professionals who have over 25 years of experience in the spa industry. Our team has dedicated our careers to creating five-star luxury facilities. We are also passionate spa-goers, which we believe holds the key difference in our evaluation. We not only understand the spa from operational and marketing perspectives, but we understand it as people who view spas as wellness centers where we can rest, relax, and recuperate. We are people entrusting our bodies and wellbeing to spa professionals, and the standards we have created take this rigor into account.

We ask over 400 questions in evaluating a spa. Does your travel guide or luxury assessment program ask as many spa-related questions?

We currently evaluate on over 400 criteria and continuously add or adjust our criteria based on current wellness knowledge, industry standards, and practices. When the audit and evaluation are complete, each facility receives a copy of the report along with detailed, actionable advice on each area. We also include on-site training for management and team members.
